We currently have positions available within our Trainee Management Consultant role, where we are keen to hear from graduates who have undertaken some form of full time employment and are now looking to develop a career within management consultancy.

Our Trainee Management Consultants are an integral part of the company – you will be the future consultants, working on client sites and helping achieve our business improvement results. We firmly believe in developing our own staff by giving you the specialist skills and knowledge to be world class consultants – presenting to senior staff, carrying out research projects, visit reports and having exposure to clients through various interactions.
Your development will start in our telesales department, where you will be making the initial contact with C-level decision makers within various blue chip companies and explaining how our services enable our clients to improve their own business performance whilst also achieving huge savings. The role is far from repetitive, with various tasks for you to excel in: researching prospective companies and establishing specific areas to target; managing our existing key accounts and developing new contacts within these companies; using your skills to obtain direct contact details for the people we wish to approach and ultimately securing a meeting for our external sales team. Undertaking this role as part of your development plan will enable you to build your knowledge of our company from the inside out and ensure you are aware of all of our processes from initial research and contact, right through to conclusion of our projects and every step along the way.
With a structured development plan in place which provides the opportunity to learn, develop and hone the required skills, there is a direct route for you to progress within the company. This position allows graduates who have a genuine interest in management consultancy to develop in a supported environment.
