Managementors is expanding its team of consultants with the appointment of Sara Barnes, who will work alongside the rest of the team in delivering benefits on-site to clients through tailored programmes.
Since leaving the Army in 2010, Sara has worked in the consulting industry, travelling across the globe to Asia, South Africa and throughout Europe. Sara has a wealth of experience spanning a wide variety of industries, covering Telco, Military, Retail, Heavy Goods (CAT machines), Hotels and Leisure, as well as many IT related businesses. Alongside work, Sara has recently achieved an orange belt in kickboxing and enjoys rambling and cycling in her spare time.
Sara says: “Joining part of a growing and ambitious company offers many exciting and new challenges, which I intend to meet head on. I think I may have found the right home for my career to allow me to grow while having an impact on the business in the future.”
