Following another successful year, the Managementors team attended their Annual Winter Conference, this year held in London. It was a great opportunity for the whole company to get together, review the past year and plan for the year ahead. A very busy two days consisted of presentations, planning, and catching up with other departments, along with enjoying some evening activities.
The first day covered a summary of the year, with each department reflecting on their activities, achievements and thoughts on the year. After a day of presentations, the team had a relaxing evening, taking part in a wine-tasting challenge and enjoying dinner at a nearby restaurant.
The following day, the team regrouped with a morning of presentations and an afternoon of brainstorming and planning for the year ahead. Partners then joined in to share a fun-filled evening of dining and dancing at the London Cabaret Club, launching the start of the Christmas period.
The Winter Conference was a great way to bring the whole company together; work hard, but also play hard, celebrate the past year and plan for what looks to be a very busy and exciting 2018.
