We are pleased to announce that Charlotte Marlor has joined the Managementors team as a Management Consultant.
Charlotte graduated with a BA Hons in Politics and History from Lancaster University. After finishing her Undergraduate degree, she worked in Beijing during the summer for the British Council, then returned to University to complete a Masters in Global Politics at Durham University.
Charlotte started her career after graduating from the Local Government Association’s graduate scheme, based at Wokingham Borough Council within the Business Change team, where she delivered internal change projects across the council in Adult Social Care, Customer Services and Digital & IT. She also completed a secondment with a consultancy during her graduate scheme, supporting a Local Authority to deliver a Children’s Services transformation project and implement their High Needs Strategy to improve their offer for Children with High Needs in the borough.
In her own time, she loves going to music festivals, visiting art galleries in London and has recently taken up aerial yoga!
