We are delighted to announce that Guoda Monkeliunaite has joined our team as a Trainee Management Consultant.
Guoda graduated with a 2:1 in Business Management (BA Hons) from the University of Winchester in October 2018. Whilst at University she carried out work experience in the Human Resources Department of Santander’s Head Office, where she had the opportunity to learn the inner workings of an international company.
Guoda was quickly offered the role of Customer Experience Manager at Sainsbury’s after she graduated. This position encompassed a breadth of managerial responsibilities such as supervising and managing large teams, conducting disciplinaries and maintaining order, whilst ensuring complete customer satisfaction within a high pressure environment.
Guoda threw herself into a range of sports throughout her school years which she continued at University, where she was chosen to represent the county of Berkshire in both discus and hockey. Alongside her love of sports, she enjoys travelling and regularly going to the gym.
Guoda says: “I am excited to be starting my journey with Managementors, where I am keen to grow as a person and gain further knowledge in a business environment, as well as learning new skills.”
With Guoda’s well-rounded knowledge and experience within challenging environments, we are confident that she will thrive as part of the Managementors team.
