Managementors is the controller of any personal information it holds, as it decides what information to collect and what it does with it. Managementors understands that your privacy is important. Managementors is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information you provide as you access and use materials on www.managementors.co.uk including the contact us and whitepaper registration pages. In addition, information you submit to Managementors via our Enquirers or Recruitment email addresses will be treated in accordance with this privacy statement.

Information that we collect and how we use it

Managementors collects and processes data about you when:

  • You provide information by filling in a contact / registration form on our website: www.managementors.co.uk
  • You opt in to receive communications
  • You visit our website leaving information about your computer and visits
  • You contact us via phone, email or in person, when we may keep your contact details
  • You seek additional information regarding our services or employment opportunities
  • You respond to event invitations

Any personal information that is provided, such as names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, areas of interest, allows Managementors to inform and notify you about services offered by Managementors that may be of interest to you.

Individuals that have registered for collateral are given the opportunity to opt out of additional communications at the time of sign up. Managementors also provides individuals the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from us at the points where we request information.

Managementors may use your information when:

  • Providing you with information related to our website, services which you request from us or for the attendance of events
  • Providing you with information on other services that we feel may be of interest to you and similar to those you have previously expressed an interest in

As a commercial enterprise our approach is to contact individuals who are likely to engage, would benefit from engagement or who could reasonably expect to engage, with a consultancy services organisation. Managementors operates with specific operational teams, and as such, we only contact those parties who with whom we feel our approach aligns and who we feel might benefit from our services. You have been identified as the Director for one of those teams, and we are exercising our legitimate interest to contact you with information about our services.

We may also receive non-customer data through networking (e.g. business cards) and add these details, if relevant, onto our database.

You have the right to require us to stop processing your personal data and / or to withdraw your consent to processing (unless a signed contract we hold with you states otherwise).

Managementors does not take responsibility for the privacy practices of any third party sites to which link, we encourage you to review the privacy policy of any such sites before submitted information there.

Personal information may be collected from a third party recruitment agency; the privacy information will be available to the individuals within a reasonable time (maximum one month) after requiring it.

No other third parties have access to your personal data, unless the law allows them to do so.

Marketing

From time to time, we may send you information regarding services; publications and events that we perceive may be of interest to you or your business. You may receive this information by hard copy mailing or email. If at any time you prefer not to receive further communications from us in any or all forms, you will have the ability to unsubscribe from such communications by means of a link provided in every email signature and updating your contact preferences on our website as to the frequency and forms of communications you wish and do not wish to receive.
