Analysis
What does the application and interview process involve?
Once you have submitted your CV and cover letter, if it adheres to our criteria, we will contact you/your recruiter with a link for our psychometric assessment test to assess your suitability for the role. Upon receiving your results, we will make an informed decision as to whether to progress you to the first interview stage.
During your first interview, we want to get to know more about you! We will look to explore your capability/aptitude for the role through a discussion around your CV and your understanding of us as a business and how you might fit in.
Should you be successful in your first interview, we will progress you to the final stage which will consist of a briefed 20-minute presentation around why we should consider you for the role along with some questions which will require you to be able to think critically and respond logically.
Business attire is required for the first interview, and smart casual for the final.

Location & Travel Commitments
What is the requirement for me to be away from home/on site? Is this negotiable?
Unless you live close enough to commute or are on a project where some remote working is feasible, you will be required to be on client site and staying away for 3 nights from Monday to Thurs, and working from home on a Friday. This therefore means you are home more nights in the week than you are away, to accommodate a healthy work/life balance. Across a typical year this would roughly equate to 70% of your total nights spent at home.
Can I choose which locations I go on project?
In an ideal world, we would put you on a project that is convenient for where you live, which we aim to do this if feasible, but unfortunately depending on resource requirements this may not be possible.
How often will I be required to come into the office in Theale?
Site-based employees will be required to come to the office in Theale for their first day/two days to pick up equipment, have their induction and attend various introductory meetings with key members of staff. Following this, you will only be needed in the office if you are required to carry out training sessions for the Trainee Management Consultants which will be distributed evenly and based on consultant availability. Therefore, maybe once every couple of months at most.
Is there likely to be much international travel?
Our projects are based predominantly in the UK, however if a project rolls out into other international areas, there may be the opportunity to travel abroad depending on requirements.
