Managementors has started a nineteen week project with highways engineering specialist, A-one+. The project will develop and implement new ways of working across a number of business functions. Efficient end-to-end processes, together with the implementation of an effective Management Operating System will enable A-one+ to deliver against their set aims and objectives within their project management teams. The project will be interfacing with Highways England to further strengthen the relationship the two businesses currently have.
