Following another successful year, the Managementors team recently gathered in London, for two days of reviewing, planning and celebrating.
Day one of the Annual Winter Conference allowed us to reflect on this year’s performance, celebrate successes, and provide improvement suggestions for 2020. The day was a great chance to bring cross-departmental teams together, offering everyone the opportunity to bring their perspective to the table. Following this, dinner at a local restaurant and an evening of crazy golf was very much enjoyed by all.
Heading into day two, presentations were delivered to plan for success in both 2020 and beyond, combined with breakout sessions allowing teams to deep-dive into success criteria for the upcoming year. After an exciting day of discussions, the team once again re-grouped for dinner, accompanied by partners, for a night of Charleston dancing and 1920s style entertainment!
