Last week one of our Client Directors, Charlie Burtt, celebrated having been an employee at Managementors for 10 years.
Charlie has been on quite a journey with the company. Starting as a fresh graduate in our Trainee Management Consultant position, we saw him progress through the graduate programme to become a fully-fledged Consultant. With further internal development, as well as being sponsored by Managementors in completing an MSc in Managing Organisational Performance at Cranfield University, Charlie became a Project Manager and then a Programme Manager, responsible for delivering multiple projects with different clients for the business. Last May, Charlie was promoted to Client Director, where he’s responsible for developing new business and expanding the company’s existing client base.
Charlie says: “I have loved every minute of my time at Managementors and want to thank the company for all of the support they have given me since I joined”.
