We’re delighted to announce a series of well-deserved promotions that mark significant milestones in the careers of some of our outstanding team members.
Firstly, we extend our warmest congratulations to Archie Mackay and Fin MacDonald, who have recently graduated from our Trainee Management Consultant Programme to assume the roles of Junior Consultants. Throughout their time with us, Archie and Fin have demonstrated exceptional aptitude, dedication, and a keen eye for problem-solving, embodying the values and ethos of Managementors. As they step into their new roles, we are confident that they will continue to excel and contribute meaningfully to our projects and client engagements.
“After an insightful journey as a Trainee Management Consultant, I am excited to take on the role of Junior Consultant. During my 6 months as a TMC I received valuable training from a cohort of talented consultants and immersed myself in selling to the variety of sectors in which Managementors operates. Each day on the phones presented a new learning opportunity, sharpening my business development skills and building my confidence in selling to MDs and C-suite execs. The research project was a fascinating opportunity for me to take a deep dive into the world of M&E engineering, growing my own understanding as well as enabling further growth in this sector for the business. I particularly enjoyed my active involvement in projects and analyses, especially the work on ReAssure. The team’s guidance, and the opportunity to present my findings to the client was a taste of what life as a fully-fledged consultant would be like. Additionally, following a rejig of our organisational structure, we are thrilled to announce the promotions of Ed Durkin, and both of our Emma’s – Emma Hall and Emma Sacchi. They have all exhibited exemplary leadership skills and a steadfast commitment to excellence, making them a natural fit for this newly developed role. As Delivery Directors, Ed, Emma and Emma will play a pivotal role in steering our consulting teams towards continued success with integrity and innovation.
