Highways England and Ringway – CIHT Collaboration Award 2021

We’re extremely proud to announce that our clients, Highways England and Ringway have recently been awarded the CIHT Collaboration Award 2021 for their outstanding collaborative practice throughout their South West Maintenance and Response contract.

The award “recognises those that have shown dedication to working in collaboration with other teams, organisations and/or sectors to deliver real solutions.”

We’re pleased to have played a part in this success following our project with them that commenced in 2019. The engagement centered around improving interfaces and relationships across the operation, re-engineering processes to suit both parties, coaching active management behaviours and implementing a new Management Operating System to drive improvements. The project yielded an increase of 40% in operative productivity and significantly improved relationships across the South West Operation.

“Managementors supported us in the transformation of our maintenance and response operations and in a very short period of time, helped to make a real difference. We’ve now got everyone working together, and when everyone works together, the outcomes deliver themselves.”

Chris Regan, Head of Service Delivery – South West Region, Highways England

“Managementors brought our teams together in an organised and structured fashion that quickly broke down barriers and changed behaviours, both internally and externally between our two organisations. We went from low-cooperation to proactive collaboration throughout the course of the engagement. The pace of change was tangible and transparent; and it was uplifting to witness the incredible transformation across our contract.”
