Congratulations! Abigail Bryce – Young MCA Networks & Universities Vice-Chair

Members of the Young MCA Council have been voting to nominate fellow young consultants to take on a number of Executive Committee positions. We are pleased to announce that one of our own consultants, Abigail Bryce, has been successful in her application and will join the Executive Committee as Vice-Chair of Networks and Universities.

The Young MCA is a professional network for consultants starting a career in management consultancy. For consultants with 0-5 year’s consulting experience, the Young MCA hosts a number of events throughout the year, aimed at engaging and developing the network. Recent events have included a negotiation skills workshop and a session with Microsoft on AI. Alongside this, they also promote consulting as a career path with young people; engaging with universities and schools through events.

On her appointment Abigail had this to say:

“Understanding that there were a number of strong applications, I am delighted to have been nominated by the council to take on one of the Vice-Chair of Networks and Universities roles. Leveraging my experiences as a graduate, and working for one of the MCA’s smaller member firms, I am excited to be bringing my ideas forward to continuing the progress of the ExCo in developing the young consultants’ network”.

The Executive Committee is a driving voice in shaping the consulting industry and is fully supported by the wider MCA board in ensuring consultancy remains an attractive industry for young talent, and its ability to retain that talent.

Abigail will be working alongside Vishal Nair, Vendigital, who was also appointed in the Vice-Chair Networks and Universities role.
