We are pleased to announce the appointment of our new Consultant, Sim Ranautta, to the Managementors team.
Sim graduated with a First Class BSc (Hons) Business and Management degree from Aston University. During her placement year she joined United Biscuits, where she single-handily streamlined an invoice process whilst clearing significant account debts, forecasted customer supply requirements and ran trade shows.
Sim then went on to gain an MSc in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management from Imperial College Business School, graduating with a Distinction. The degree focused on how to add value in businesses and the entrepreneurial perspective of developing business start-ups.
Having graduated Sim then joined Ernst & Young as an Audit Associate, and is a part qualified Chartered Accountant. Working for one of the Big 4 gave her an insight into different industries, ranging from retail to oil and gas.
In her spare time Sim enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling and hopes to get back into playing golf. Sim says “I am excited to be joining the Managementors team and gaining further knowledge and skills as a management consultant. I am also looking forward to adding value to the business in this exciting growth period at Managementors.”
With Sim’s operational experience and knowledge of business management and sustainability, we are confident she will be a valuable addition to the Managementors team, supporting the business in implementing long-lasting change.
