Managementors has recently completed a performance improvement project with the field teams of OCS Group Ltd, on a national Utilities contract. Managementors worked with arborists, planners, managers and administrative staff to significantly reduce costs and sub-contractor expenditure.
To increase the productivity of the teams, Managementors successfully developed new processes, implemented a fresh, effective planning system and an integrated management operating system. This now provides OCS with the ability to forecast, plan and measure work, resulting in improved surveyor planning and better control of sub-contractors, delivering against clearly defined outputs.
