Following previous attainment of a Professional Certificate in Marketing qualification, and at the beginning of this year being promoted to Director of Internal Operations, Abigail Leech has recently been awarded a Level 3 Qualification from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
This award has been gained through Impellus Business School by attending day courses and completing assignments in Leadership Skills Development, Developing Winning Teams and Effective Communication Skills.
The aim of this award is to enable managers to successfully lead people through change or pressures, enhance their people-leading skills and ultimately gain an in-depth understanding of management, leadership and business.
We are confident that the successful completion of this widely recognised award has been instrumental in developing Abigail’s leadership within the workplace.
