We are delighted to announce that Hamish Dibley has joined our management team as a Practice Director for Construction and Public Services.
Hamish is an experienced change management and operational improvement professional with a background in customer-centred transformation. Having started his career in academia, Hamish worked at senior levels in both local government and the NHS. He has extensive consulting knowledge of working across public and private sectors with Ernst & Young (EY), Capgemini, Vanguard Consulting and BearingPoint.
Hamish has a record of business development and leading change programmes with integrity and professionalism to achieve better service at less cost. His passion and purpose are to achieve customer centred transformation by leading cross-functional teams, aligning data analysis, operational improvement and service design and digital technology.
Outside of work, Hamish chooses to spend his time on preventative maintenance of his little cottage in Hampshire and enjoys the company and humour of his partner Michelle and their English Bull Terrier dog, Benson. A claim to fame was that he once had youth team trials with Queens Park Rangers, something he tries to relive by playing 6-a-side football on Monday nights.
