Today Managementors began one of its largest projects ever on behalf of a leading FTSE 250 infrastructure and building maintenance company. Managementors will be supporting the business in its transformation of myriad localised operations into a brand-new national operations centre.
Managementors has been tasked with developing processes from scratch to support the new operation and train new staff in the new operating procedures. The infrastructure design and implementation needs to be achieved against tight deadlines, with the extra challenge that Christmas and the expected cold weather conditions are likely to mean a hectic operational time for the business.
Commenting on the assignment, David Beggs, Director of Projects at Managementors, said: “This project will be a real challenge. We will have a team of 10 consultants working closely with the client team to facilitate the transition to a fully functioning centralised operation.”
