Highways England have engaged with Managementors on a performance improvement project within the Kent area. Working closely with the management team, Managementors will be developing and implementing new ways of working within their Programme Management functions. The project is aimed at implementing an effective Management Operating System, delivering effective scheme delivery and maintenance operations ensuring the strategic road network in the South East of England is maintained and improved within tight financial constraints.
Director of Projects David Beggs said: ”The South East of England has some of the busiest roads in the country so it is key that delivery of projects is on time and on budget reducing the impact on road users. As part of this project we will introduce rigorous project management techniques ensuring Highways England are working hand in hand with supply chain partners to deliver key changes to the strategic road network.”
