Managementors are delighted to announce the promotion of Charlie Burtt to the role of Client Director.
Charlie joined Managementors in November 2008 on the graduate scheme, having completed a B.Sc in Business Management from Cardiff Business School. Following completion of the graduate scheme Charlie moved into our Operations division as a Junior Consultant where, as part of his development, Managementors sponsored him through an MSc in Managing Organisational Performance at Cranfield University. Graduating at the top of his cohort, he won the Directors Prize for the Best Achieving Student.
Through careful coaching and mentoring, Charlie has excelled within Operations, quickly progressing to the role of Senior Consultant, before being appointed as Managementors youngest ever Project Manager, responsible for delivering transformation projects for our blue chip client list. Having demonstrated his clear aptitude for managing not only consulting teams, but also senior client relationships, Charlie progressed to his most recent role of Programme Manager. Here he was responsible for leading multiple transformation projects and most recently successfully delivered three performance improvement projects within Fujitsu, leaving a legacy of sustained improvement at one of the world’s leading IT companies.
As part of his new role, Charlie will be responsible for developing new business and helping to grow the company’s already prestigious and diverse client base. Whilst his new role will be challenging, Managementors Managing Director, Ken Leech, explains; “Charlie brings with him a wealth of operational experience and existing client relationships, which will stand him in great stead for this new business development role. Charlie sets the example for our grads who are coming through the business as to what hard work and commitment can achieve here at Managementors. I am confident that he will be a success in this new senior role and look forward to continuing to work closely with him”.
