The Managementors team has recently returned from the Annual Summer Conference held in the region of Poitou-Charentes in South West France. Having been unable to go for the past few years due to travel restrictions, the team was full of excitement to catch up and share ideas in an idyllic setting!
Managementors hit a huge milestone last year of 25 years in business. With celebrations unfortunately unable to take place at the time, the return to Vibrac gave everyone the opportunity to commemorate and celebrate being part of the company’s successful journey and the buzz around this certainly fed into every aspect of the conference.
Across two days, all departments came together to reflect on how the year is going, celebrate the great success we’ve had so far this year and offer everyone the chance to bring their perspective to the table.
Various presentations were followed by a break-out session that allowed us to discuss and develop plans to continue our success into the second half of the year, as well as actions on how we are able to continually improve and deliver the best possible offering to our clients.
The trip also involved some energetic team building activities and free time to explore the surroundings in the wonderful weather before everyone setting off home full of aspiration for what the rest of the year will hold.
