Managementors recently entertained a group of clients and their partners at Henley Music Festival, which was celebrating its 40th anniversary this year.
The evening commenced with a champagne reception at Henley’s beautiful Hotel du Vin, followed by a fantastic meal overlooking the Thames at the world-renowned Leander Club, which counts many Olympic champions amongst its members. After dinner, the group had a chance to explore the festival grounds, taking in the atmosphere and live entertainers before taking their seats in the grandstand, where they enjoyed a performance by Irish pop band, The Script.
After the performance, the rest of the evening was spent enjoying the wide range of entertainment the festival has to offer, including a fireworks display, comedy and more live music.
As Friends of the Festival, we were delighted to attend the event during a particularly special year that saw the launch of their new charitable initiative, RISE. Following years of entertainment from the world’s most exciting established artists, RISE has been introduced to provide the opportunity for young aspiring performers to join the top artists in entertaining the festival crowd and showcase their talent, as well as the launch of a new work experience programme for those interested in ‘behind the scenes’ work. We’re proud to have played a part in contributing towards this great initiative and look forward to returning in future years.
