Meet our new company mascot, ‘Mentor’. In Greek Mythology Mentor was originally Odysseus’ friend and advisor, and when Odysseus went to fight in the Trojan War he left his son, Telemachus, in Mentor’s care. At Managementors we strive to create relationships between ourselves and our client organisations much like that of the relationship between the character’s Mentor and Telemachus:
“Because of Mentor’s relationship with Telemachus… the personal name Mentor has been adopted in English as a term meaning someone who imparts wisdom to and shares knowledge with a less experienced colleague.”
Mentor was clearly a great sharer of knowledge; we also plan to share knowledge via the distribution of our Mentor Man. Simply email [email protected] with your address to receive your very own Mentor Man in the post, loaded with relevant case studies and white papers.
