Managementors is delighted to be expanding their relationship with Balfour Beatty, kicking off an 18-week project with the Rail Division’s Stoneblower contract last month.
Using their tried and tested approach, Managementors will support the Balfour Beatty management team in shaping the next phase of the contract, establishing robust tools and processes to create a more resilient, efficient and collaborative operation, ultimately improving delivery of the critical services they provide for their client, Network Rail.
Nick Rayner, Senior Operations Manager, commented, “I am excited to be working with Managementors. This is a chance for us to take a step back, review the contract with fresh eyes and to tackle the blockers that affect the day-to-day delivery of work. A month into the project we’re already starting to see an impact on reliability and cost, as well as on staff engagement – I’m looking forward to seeing where the next few months will take us.”
