We are proud to announce that our in-house training programme for Management Consultants has now been accredited against the Chartered Management Consultant Award.
In order to maintain the highest standards, the Award’s Competency Framework was used to assess and verify our training programme in four key areas:
- Values, Ethics and Behaviours
- Leadership and Management
- Client Operating Environment
- Personal and Professional Development
This will now open up opportunities for our consultants to achieve chartered status in order to demonstrate the quality they continuously deliver through our services and their credibility as management consultants. We look forward to supporting them on this journey!
