Following a performance analysis on behalf of a UK-based services company, Managementors has now completed a performance improvement programme in the organisation’s Romanian near-shore operations.
The programme devised by Managementors was designed to leverage the company’s Romanian operations, initially established as a cost-saving measure, to actively drive productivity in the home country.
As specialists in back-office processes and remote workforces, Managementors was seen as the ideal partner to address interface issues between teams in the UK and Romania and determine how Romanian teams could enable enhanced performance in UK operational teams.
