A team from Managementors is heading out to Mumbai to undertake an analysis on a 500-seat call centre operated by a global telecoms company.
Commenting on the new project, Managementors Sales and Operations Executive Richard Cronin said: “We are really looking forward to the opportunity to apply our analysis skills in a completely new environment. It’s exciting that our experience in the UK and Europe has been recognised and we have been asked to carry out this evaluation of performance in India.”
