Optimising for Expansion with Switch2

Managementors is thrilled to announce a new engagement with Switch2 Energy. Switch2 is the UK’s most experienced and capable provider of end-to-end solutions for heat networks. Switch2’s expansive list of clients includes local authorities, housing associations and private developers. Services offered are varied, from metering and billing, operation and maintenance, equipment manufacture, design and build and customer services. Switch2’s services are focused on reducing costs and carbon on heat networks and supporting the communities who live on them.

Switch2 has undergone a period of rapid growth during a time that its customers face a very real challenge managing their heating costs and bills. The Managementors team is working closely with Switch2 teams to transform the operation, optimise the performance of Switch2 to facilitate a more resilient, efficient and collaborative operation, within the Field Engineering, Scheduling, Customer Support & Contact and Billing teams.

The core aims of the engagement are to embed a rigorous management system and a consistent way of working, effective interfaces between departments. This will provide the foundations for optimisation and expansion through collaborative solution development, close coaching and support, and ultimately create a lasting framework with which to drive continuous improvement.
