Our first consultant to achieve Chartership

We’re incredibly proud to announce that Emma Hall has recently achieved her Management Consultant Chartership!

The Charted Management Consultant (ChMC) accreditation sets and maintains the highest standards for the management consulting profession, focusing on four main areas:

  • Values, ethics & behaviours
  • Leadership & management
  • Client operating environment (e.g. operational delivery, clients & markets, relationship development)
  • Personal & professional development

Each of these areas are critical in delivering high quality, sustainable results for our clients. This award ensures standards are kept high across all these areas, letting our clients know they can trust and rely on us.

Emma says “The process of applying for my chartership was a great opportunity to reflect back on my previous work, taking the time to look back on successes, appreciate how I’ve grown over the past 7 years, and identify the key areas I want to focus on in the next 12 months. I particularly enjoyed the professional discussion section, where the questions posed challenged me to dig into my experience and really evidence each of the chartership competencies.

Being the first to achieve chartership in my firm I take as a great achievement, and I look forward to seeing some of my colleagues gain their charterships over the next few months!”
