We’re delighted to welcome Himesh Naik to the team as a new Project Manager!
Himesh is a MEng Chemical Engineer from University of Nottingham. During his time at University he worked for Procter & Gamble, first based at the Gillette site in Reading taking on roles such as a Process Engineer, Technical Leader, Line Leader, and Progressive Maintenance Pillar Leader learning the details of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). He then moved into a regional shared service Operation Manager role implementing changes throughout various sites across Europe.
Himesh then chose to take his TPM knowledge and started to implement it within a Mars Wrigley site before joining an American consulting company predominately based at a steel production site based in Ontario, Canada.
He likes to stay active as much as he can (injuries permitting!) playing football, squash, and golf as well as trekking when I get the opportunity.
Himesh says: “I am very excited to work with the Managementors team, I already feel comfortable and have had such a warm welcome. I am looking forward to expanding my sector knowledge base and transferring my skills to different complex challenges. With such a vast level of experience and backgrounds within the team, it will only help my personal development working with and learning from them.”
