Laing O’Rourke has engaged with Managementors to help them further improve an existing top performing Severn Trent AMP 5 contract. Even as a top performer within this contract, Laing O’Rourke recognise the need to build on their success by being more proactive and continuing to drive performance within the field operations teams, back office support and management teams. The programme is focused on delivering further value for money for the client year on year.
