We are thrilled to announce that we have been named as finalists for the prestigious MCA Awards 2023! The MCA Awards celebrate the very best of the UK’s consulting industry, showcasing outstanding examples of excellence, innovation, and positive impact on society.
As part of the ‘Performance Improvement in the Private Sector’ category, the nomination recognises our work in the long-term savings and retirement industry alongside leading life and pensions company, ReAssure (part of the Phoenix Group). Following the impact of the pandemic, the engagement with ReAssure focused on 1; empowering managers, giving them the skills and confidence to actively manage their teams and 2; enhancing the management system framework to offer the tools needed to effectively manage in a hybrid working environment. The project was a true collaborative effort between our team and our client, and we are proud of the measurable impact it has had on their business.
This recognition is testament to the hard work and commitment of the ReAssure teams who generated operational effectiveness gains in excess of 20%. In addition, service levels were further enhanced and the number of complaints being logged decreased by 30% by the end of 2022, comparable with the previous year.
