Redefining the Project Delivery Model with AtkinsRéalis

The Managementors team are proud to have kicked off Project Artemis with AtkinsRéalis to develop an improved and robust project delivery model by working alongside AtkinsRéalis as they deliver their Engineering Management and Design services in support of Sizewell C. By focusing on improving control and effectiveness of work allocation and completion, and more timely and efficient progress reporting, AtkinsRéalis will showcase their passion for excellence and realise improved efficiency in project delivery.

Achieving high standards in delivery while creating an environment where all can thrive is a key AtkinsRéalis value, and the investment in the Project Artemis initiative will provide improved value to Sizewell C, and other major projects, by further reducing the time and cost required to deliver complex engineering projects.

The Managementors team is actively engaged in a collaborative effort with the AtkinsRéalis Sizewell C Project Engineering, Design, and Controls teams, receiving strong support from Senior Management.  Together, they are focused on developing enhancements to work planning, review structures, and the overall Management Operating System. This initiative aims to implement these improvements across the project through a well-defined change journey and comprehensive coaching of team members in key roles in two key design Projects.

Andy Smart, Head of Major Project Nuclear & Power said:

“I’m pleased that Project Artemis is off to a strong start, with the Managementors team working side by side with our people to create and develop ideas. The training workshop was a great example of bringing people from different teams to collaborate and design solutions that everyone felt ownership of. The team is excited to implement the changes in the New Year!”
