Our 26th year in business has certainly been one to remember. As our most successful year yet, we’re pleased to be growing and would like to thank all those who have played a part in what has been an extremely rewarding twelve months.
We’re grateful to have strengthened our relationships with long standing clients such as OCS, Telent, National Highways, Balfour Beatty, Kier and Bureau Veritas.
We’ve also embarked on transformation journeys with a number of new clients this year such as Accident Exchange, ReAssure, and Royal Mail.
The Managementors team has welcomed lots of new faces, both as a business and as growing families, along with celebrating various graduations, promotions and weddings!
2023 saw us become official business partners with Wolves FC, whilst supporting their Foundation’s Head 4 Health initiative. We’ve also enjoyed multiple team building charity days with a therapeutic horticulture charity, Thrive.
Managementors has proudly started on the journey towards becoming accredited as Chartered Management Consultants, offering our staff the opportunity to strengthen their skills and be formally awarded for their consistent hard work.
We continued our prestigious membership of the Management Consultancy Association (MCA) by adopting the principles of the Consulting Excellence Framework, and successfully renewed our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.
As well as looking back over the last twelve months, celebrating successes from the year and identifying areas for improvement, December is also a time for looking ahead to the approaching year. We’re currently in preparation for our annual winter conference, where we will be setting targets and developing business plans for achieving our goals for next year.
We enter 2023 with huge amounts of optimism for an even better year and we wish you all a successful and productive one too!
