Rydon Maintenance Ltd, part of the multi-talented Rydon Group, has engaged with Managementors to help take performance to the next level within their housing PFI contracts. Whilst these contracts are already extremely successful, there is a strong desire to drive further improvements in the services it provides to its residents. There is also the aspiration to create a standard operating model, which may be deployed into other areas of the business.
