We’re pleased to announce that Findon Macdonald has recently joined our TMC programme.
Fin graduated from the University of Sussex with a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. During his degree, he particularly enjoyed the module around Political and International Business Change, which had mandatory readings from consulting businesses about how they had reduced inefficiencies within central government, helping to spur his interest in consulting and change management.
Prior to joining Managementors, he also worked in recruitment for consultants and was exposed to a variety of businesses and sectors both as clients and candidates, which ultimately convinced him of his decision to enter the world of management consulting.
He describes himself as a ‘half decent’ shooting guard in Basketball. He enjoys running and swimming with has recently taken up cycling, with hopes to take on some triathlons in the future. Fin is also a big Formula 1 fan and enjoys lots of cooking in his spare time!
He says: “I’m really excited to join the Managementors team and look forward to absorbing as much industry and consulting knowledge as possible during the TMC programme.”
