Keeping to tradition, once again the Managementors team took the opportunity to reflect on the year past, and plan for 2019 at their Annual Winter Conference. Meeting in London, this event brought the whole business together in what was two days of presentations and departmental reviews, and the chance to catch up over some enjoyable evenings.
Day one offered the opportunity to reflect on this year’s performance, celebrate success of the best year yet, and provide improvement suggestions for the following year. As always, the day was a great chance to bring the Sales and Operational teams together, with each being able to bring their perspective to the table. Following this, a dinner at a local restaurant was very much enjoyed by all.
Heading into day two, this saw some more presentations delivered to plan for success in both 2019, and beyond; combined with breakout sessions allowing teams to deep-dive into success criteria for the upcoming year. After an exciting day of discussions, the team once again re-grouped for dinner, accompanied by partners, for a night of dancing and rodeo reindeers!
