The Managementors team has always thoroughly enjoyed attending University careers fairs as they give us the opportunity to connect with the next generation of aspiring consultants. Over the past few years we’ve exhibited virtually at a number of online events, such Cranfield’s University Business & Leadership Career Fair, which were well organised and fruitful in supporting our recruitment drive.
The team were looking forward to once again attending careers fairs held in-person as the chance to have a conversation face-to-face is invaluable, so this year was particularly exciting.
Managementors returned to The University of Reading’s Graduate Recruitment and Internship Festival having exhibited a few years prior, as well as attending a new one for us – the University of Oxford’s Summer Graduate and Internship Fair.
Across both events, our consultants were constantly in conversation with a number of students who were eager to learn about the prospect of a career as a Management Consultant. It was exciting to see the potential new talent that could be coming into the industry and joining the growing team at Managementors.
