We are delighted to announce that Iryna Gaillat has joined the Managementors team as a Project Manager.
Iryna graduated with a Master’s Degree in Economics from Odessa State Economic University in Ukraine and a BA (Hons) in International Finance and Accounting from the University of Northumbria.
She joins Managementors with a wealth of global experience, having worked across a diverse range of industries from mining through to manufacturing, as well as banking, agriculture and retail.
Iryna has over 4 years of implementation consulting experience and a strong track record in designing and installing productivity improvement measures, process re-engineering and change management programmes.
She says, “I am thrilled to be joining Managementors and really looking forward to building upon my current consulting experience, adding value to both company and clients, as well as playing an active part in the company’s expansion plans.”
With Iryna’s expertise in supply chain, operations improvement, revenue growth and customer service operations, we are confident she will be a valuable addition to the Managementors team, supporting the business in implementing successful change.
