Managementors today began working with the UK’s leading construction, development and service group. The 28 week long project focuses on driving “True Productivity” within their field based engineering workforce, located in Basingstoke. The ultimate aim will be to achieve significant bottom line cost savings, change behaviors from a passive to a more active style of management and make a step change in operational performance. David Beggs, Director of Projects at Managementors said, “We look forward to working closely with their staff, transferring our skills and creating a base for continuous improvement.”
