Another successful Managementors mission drew to a conclusion today with completion of the final project milestone at a leading European energy and utilities management services company.
A team from Managementors successfully implemented a new integrated management operating system that allows the company to forecast, plan and measure work carried out by its field engineers.
Servicing a primarily retail client base had meant the business was facing substantial pressure from clients to reduce its costs. Working with Managementors has enabled annualised operational savings of over £1 million, allowing the company to maintain margins and continue to grow the business in the current challenging economic climate.
