Transforming service delivery for Bureau Veritas’ Mechanical Division

Managementors is proud to announce a new engagement with Bureau Veritas. The project is designed to improve the end-to-end processes and service delivery within the Mechanical Division, particularly focusing on changing the way work is planned, scheduled and controlled. Through better processes, planning and management of regional teams, efficiencies will be realised and productivity will be improved.

The Managementors team is working closely with the Bureau Veritas Mechanical team, coaching planners and managers to support new ways of working and optimise the delivery of audit and inspections, together with improving the interface between sales and operations.
