As a growing business, Managementors sees the involvement in recruitment fairs and events as key to providing the opportunity to connect with aspiring graduates who are excited by the prospect of a career in management consultancy. Despite the current challenges surrounding Covid-19, this year has been no different, having successfully exhibited at the University of Reading’s Graduate Recruitment and Internship Festival earlier this year via a virtual webinar and Q&A session.
Following the great results that this digital event provided, we recently exhibited at the University of Reading’s Virtual Careers and Placements Fair, where our Internal Sales Manager, Emily Hill and one of our Senior Consultants, Emma Green hosted an engaging and informative session in which 17 ambitious students took part.
As part of the webinar, the students were invited to share and discuss their understanding of what management consultancy entails. Alongside this, attendees were given an overview of how Managementors operates, the chance to explore case studies and details of what the Trainee Management Consultant Programme offers and how they would go about applying.
Students were then offered the opportunity to sign up to 1-2-1 sessions with Emily and Emma to ask further questions and gain more insight into the company. Following various interesting discussions with the prospective future consultants, we’re excited to see what the future holds!
