We are pleased to announce that Tom Bates has joined the Managementors team as a Management Consultant.
Tom graduated with a BSc in Biology of Fertility and Embryo Development from University College London. After finishing his Undergraduate degree, Tom studied at King’s College London and was awarded a PhD in Developmental Neurobiology.
He started his career abroad, working as a postdoctoral research scientist in Germany. Having returned to the UK, Tom worked at the University of Reading. Working in the Planning and Strategy Office – projects involved the support of academics and senior management. Most recently, Tom was working for a Biotechnology firm as a Project Manager.
Tom says “The chance to work with Managementors is an opportunity I am really excited about. I love working with people and look forward to utilising my skills and experience to help clients”.
Outside of work, Tom loves spending time with his wife and daughter, playing cricket and squash and looking after his garden (especially mowing the lawn meticulously).
