Charlie BurttPractice Director

Charlie joined Managementors in November 2008 on the graduate scheme, having completed a BSc in Business Management from Cardiff Business School. Following completion of the graduate scheme Charlie rapidly progressed through every role in operational delivery.
Starting as a Junior Consultant, Senior Consultant, Project Manager and then latterly a Programme Manager responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple transformation projects. As part of his development, Managementors sponsored him through an MSc in Managing Organisational Performance at Cranfield University. Graduating at the top of his cohort, he won the Directors Prize for the Best Achieving Student.
Since then, Charlie has honed his business development skills as a Client Director focused on growing both new clients and developing existing relationships. Currently he leads the Infrastructure, Utilities and Financial Services consulting practice as a Practice Director. In this role, Charlie is combining his operational expertise with strong business development skills to enable to Managementors to take the next step in its evolution.
