David’s career began within the holiday industry, where he worked as Overseas Operations Manager with full responsibility for delivering holidays to clients throughout Europe.

He managed 20 staff within the UK and around 500 remote staff throughout Europe and was involved in all aspects of recruitment, contracting and on-site operations, working to strict deadlines within tight cost constraints.

Following successful completion of an MBA in 2000, David applied his skills in managing operations to consultancy and has worked on various projects, delivering tangible benefits to clients within a number of sectors. David has worked closely with all levels of an organisation – from Board level to engineers working in the field, focusing on performance improvement within remote working teams and back office processes. Currently David is responsible for developing and delivering projects within our IT and Government sectors.
