As we bid farewell to 2023, it’s time to reflect on a year brimming with achievements, growth and impactful moments for Managementors. Here’s a snapshot of our remarkable journey this year:
Client Milestones:
We’ve continued our partnerships with esteemed clients, including Kier, Telent, Bureau Veritas, The Phoenix Group and Skanska. Welcoming Switch2, Atkins, Chevron Green and Digital Space as new clients has expanded our horizons and allowed us to bring our expertise to diverse industries.
Team Growth and Celebrations:
The Managementors family has grown with the addition of bright new talents. Amidst the growth, we’ve celebrated numerous graduations and promotions within our team, recognising the dedication and achievements of our colleagues.
Professional Accreditations:
Our in-house training programme for Management Consultants was 1 of just 20 programmes to get accredited against the Chartered Management Consultant Award, marking a significant achievement for us. We now proudly have our first chartered consultant – Emma Hall – a testament to her commitment to professional excellence.
Industry Recognition:
Managementors’ commitment to excellence was highlighted at this year’s MCA Awards, where we received a Highly Commended accolade for our impactful work with ReAssure.
Charitable Endeavours:
Our commitment to giving back manifested through our Charity of the Year initiative supporting The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. Surpassing our fundraising target, we raised a whopping £33,100.00 against an initial target of £10,000, through a variety of fun events that everyone loved getting involved in throughout the year. The initiative gave everyone the opportunity to work together and contribute to an incredible cause.
Quality Standards:
Maintaining our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation underscored our dedication to delivering quality consultancy services, whilst embarking on the journey to gain ISO 14001 accreditation status, emphasising our commitment to environmental responsibility.
Corporate Sponsorship:
Continuing our sponsorship of Wolves FC this year has not only been a source of pride but has also provided valuable networking opportunities, reinforcing our connections within the business community.
